The Worldlink Medical Legacy ABHRT Certification is rooted in our comprehensive four-part Legacy BHRT Training Series.

Legacy ABHRT Certification Details
As a pioneer in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) with over 28 years of experience, Dr. Rouzier provides in-depth, evidence-based education tailored for MDs and DOs. Through extensive literature reviews and research, this program highlights not only the treatment of hormone deficiency symptoms, but also the proven benefits of BHRT for heart health, bone support, brain function, and metabolic wellness.
This certification reflects completion of advanced CME training and a competency-based examination through WorldLink Medical. It is not equivalent to board certification recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialities (ABMS) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA)
Exam Format
- The exam consists of 420 questions and is administered online.
- Exam must be completed by December 31, 2026
- The exam is divided into sections of 20 questions at a time.
- It is self-graded, and after you complete each section, the correct answers will be shown for any questions you answered incorrectly.
- Achieving a perfect score in a section is required to move on to the next section.

Hormone Replacement Therapy Certification Maintenance
Ongoing education is essential to providing the highest level of patient care. To keep your certification current and stay up to date with the latest research, trends, and quality training, we recommend attending at least one course offered by WorldLink Medical each calendar year. Requirements
- Completion of the four part BHRT Training Series, but this can be purchased and began right after BHRT Part 1.
- A current healthcare license in good standing.
- Graduation from an accredited medical, osteopathic, physician assistant, nursing, or naturopathic program.

BHRT Exam Training FAQ
You can sign up as soon as you complete BHRT Part I of the BHRT Training Series. Questions will be released based on the courses and corresponding parts completed.
