John Carrozzella

John Carrozzella, MD

Dr. Carrozzella, was a 1978 Honors Graduate from Yale.  In 1982, he earned his MD from the University of Cincinnati (UC) with the honor of Alpha Omega Alpha.  He completed his Orthopedic Surgical Residency, also at UC, in 1987 and in 1988 he became the first Mary S Stern Hand Surgery Fellow to complete that program.  After 25 years as a practicing Orthopedic Surgeon, he completely re-oriented his practice and retrained ultimately obtaining a Master’s Degree in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine from the University of South Florida.  In 2014 Dr.  Carrozzella became an Advanced Fellow of the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Aesthetic Medicine, a member of the International Society for Sexual Medicine and the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health.  In 2013 he became a diplomat of the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine and he carries a certificate in Sexual Medicine from the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine and a Certificate in Advanced Endocrinology from the University of South Florida.  He is an expert in Bio-identical Hormone Therapy, Metabolic Medicine, Age Management. He is certified in the treatment of Sexual Dysfunction and a variety of Platelet rich Plasma Procedures.  Dr. Carrozzella is the founding physician of Florida Center for Hormones Wellness in Orlando, FL, and is a partner of The Green Leaf Group.
