Gavin Harris
Chief Revenue Officer, Heads Up Health
Gavin Harris is the Chief Revenue Officer at Heads Up Health, where he leads sales, marketing, and revenue operations. Over nearly 30 years in software, he has built a career spotting emerging markets before they're obvious and building the go-to-market engine that scales a company into them.
Heads Up is an AI-native platform built for the clinics shaping the future of personalized care. Founded in 2014 as a biohacker's tool, it spent more than a decade in the health data space before being rebuilt from the ground up and relaunched in December 2025.
The problem it solves is one every modern clinic feels: they're drowning in data. A single client's health story lives across a dozen disconnected systems—clinical records and labs, wearables and biometrics, nutrition, and the metrics people track on their own. Heads Up pulls all of it into one place, then puts AI health agents on top to turn raw data into insight.
For clinicians, that means a complete view of each patient, less time chasing data, and the ability to connect interventions to outcomes and stay with clients between visits—not just during them. For those clients, it means finally seeing how their habits, labs, and daily numbers add up to one coherent picture. As medicine moves toward longevity, functional, and performance care, Gavin's job is to build the GTM engine that puts Heads Up in front of the clinics leading that shift.
Gavin has been involved in multiple early-stage software companies: he helped scale AirWatch from 30 people to a $1.5B acquisition by VMware, then joined Apptega as its second employee, building the GTM function that carried it to a private equity recapitalization in 2023. The founder of AirWatch now backs Heads Up directly, investing more than $20M with a long-term commitment to scale—and many members of that same AirWatch team have come back to run the same playbook that has built multiple billion-dollar software businesses.
