Jennifer Joslin, FNP-C
Oregon Man Clinics
Jennifer “Jenn” Joslin, FNP, spent a decade as a Registered Nurse working throughout Oregon and Washington in specialties including medical-surgical, telemetry, pre-operative and post-operative care, and inpatient psychiatric medicine before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner.
She currently practices at Oregon Man Clinics in the fields of hormone optimization, metabolic health, and integrative medicine, with a clinical focus on men’s health, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), women’s hormone health, gut health, and nervous system regulation. Jenn is also the founder of Level Up Health & Wellness, where she has worked with clients struggling with obesity, weight loss resistance, thyroid dysfunction, autoimmune disease, diabetes, Crohn’s disease, chronic fatigue, and long COVID.
Drawing from backgrounds in Functional Medicine, Western Medicine, and Naturopathy, Jenn is passionate about a systems-based approach to health that recognizes the deep connection between gut health, hormones, inflammation, stress physiology, and the nervous system. She continues her studies in integrative medicine, epigenetics, neuroscience, and neuroplasticity, and is a member of a rheumatology research group focused on innovative and alternative approaches to autoimmune disease management.
Jenn believes healthcare should be highly individualized and centered on identifying and addressing the root causes of dysfunction in order to restore resilience, vitality, and long-term wellness. Her work emphasizes treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while helping patients reclaim their energy, confidence, and quality of life.
Outside of medicine, Jenn enjoys volunteering with veterans organizations, spending time outdoors, gardening, baking, golfing, and making memories with her family.
