There are no physical clinics by intention; care is delivered fully virtually across twelve states, so patients receive concierge-level attention from home without the overhead, geographic ceiling, or fixed hours of a brick-and-mortar model. The practice is also deliberately small — roughly thirty active patients, capped by design below fifty. That number is the strategy, not a stage on the way to something bigger. A boutique panel protects the 90-minute consultation, keeps every protocol personalized, and preserves the capacity Dr. Allen invests across the ventures she owns and is building in parallel: Xander Publishing House, her own publishing company; a soon-to-launch consumer health-education venture that brings preventive health and body-safety education directly to families, giving parents and children practical, age-appropriate tools years before they are needed; and a consulting and coaching practice for physicians launching their own cash-pay virtual practices. Her path runs through every level of American healthcare. After earning her MD from Michigan State University and completing her OBGYN residency at Emory University, she served as faculty at Morehouse School of Medicine and spent more than a decade as an OBGYN hospitalist, building two hospitalist programs and Obstetrical Emergency Departments in community hospitals around Atlanta. She then moved into executive leadership as Executive Director Physician Advisor at Wellstar Health System and as VP/Principal at Vizient, where she ran a $1.5M consulting practice and led national initiatives in capacity, utilization, and maternal and infant care. Her advanced training includes WorldLink Medical's BHRT coursework, The Menopause Society, the Obesity Medicine Association, and peptide therapy through the SSRP Institute and Peptide University. She serves on WorldLink Medical's Academic Summit Planning Committee and is actively sought for medical and business advisory roles across the longevity and metabolic-health industry.
