Dr. Sahil Chopra is the CEO and Co-Founder of Empower Sleep. He completed his residency at UCLA and his fellowship at Harvard Medical School. Sahil is based out of Irvine, CA and is affiliated with Eisenhower Health. He has been in practice 12 years. He specializes in critical care medicine, sleep medicine, and pulmonology. He has 6 publications. He has also worked as a hospitalist and associate program director for 3 years at Loma Linda University. His mission is to extend human healthspan for people through better sleep.
