Dr. Shamita Trivedi is a thought leader in the field of Endocrinology and is committed to advancing Women’s/Men's Health at every stage of life. With almost 20 years of experience in hormone health, she combines evidence-based medicine with a deeply human approach to care. Her work spans clinical practice, thought leadership, and integrative wellness, helping
individuals and communities thrive – physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Dr. Trivedi completed her residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, IL, and she completed her rigorous Endocrinology fellowship training at UT Southwestern / Children's Medical Center in Dallas, TX. She has benefited from the opportunity to learn from some of the greatest minds in each of her fields of training, which she greatly values, and then takes that training even further.
She has been published in many areas of Endocrinology including Obesity Medicine, Vitamin D research, and evidence-based Thyroid Hormone Replacement Therapy medication options.
As the Medical Director of Casad Health and Wellness, Dr. Trivedi uses her Endocrinology training to create protocols, build platforms, and care for women and men in midlife and beyond, to ensure her patients, at every age, live life to their absolute fullest.
Dr. Trivedi is also a Yoga-Alliance Certified RYT-200 Registered Yoga Teacher. She started her own yoga studio, Jeet Victory Yoga (online platform), in the COVID-19 pandemic to bring Yoga, Balance, and Peace to as many people as possible.
She is regularly invited to speak on national stages about a wide gamut of topics in Endocrinology and beyond, ranging from Women’s Health/Hormone Replacement Therapy, to Safety and Efficacy of GLP-1 Medication Use, to Yoga in Medicine, to Building Resilience in Medicine.
She is honored to be a part of the Faculty for Worldlink Medical in the course of Navigating Hormone Complexities.
